Weights and Measures for The Simply Filled Pantry Grain Offerings plus a few specialty grains/flours. This is helpful data, particularly when converting volume recipes to weight but expect to need to add 1-2Tbs/cup of commercial flour called for in a recipe. Additionally, freshly milled whole grains often benefit from a little more time to soak up liquid ingredients.

​**Remember, once weighed out, – 200g berries will still equal 200g milled flour!**
